All Metaphysical Marc events are intended for an adult audience. All audience members must be 18 years or older. People ages 15-18 are welcomed but must be accompanied by an adult. We suggest this because of the deep emotional work or subjects that may be covered which are not intended for a younger audience.

Rev Marcus Brown through Metaphysical Marc Ministries, LLC. offers a full refund for all cancellations of 14 days or more. Cancellations received within less than 14 days cannot be refunded.

Metaphysical Marc Ministries, LLC. does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy below for more information.

Delivery

Digital Goods will be delivered within 24 hours via electronic download. Physical goods will be shipped within 72 hours of confirming inventory availability via the United States Postal Service.

Refunds & Cancellations

Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital goods purchases.

Physical Goods: All Requests for refunds and/or cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days. Requests for refunds should be emailed to info@metaphysicalmarc.com. We are happy to refund any defective physical goods bought from the Metaphysical Marc Store within 14 days of purchase.

All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. Those participating in the session must be 18 years or older.

You are responsible for the time and date of your session. Please note that our system will offer you Marcus’ availability based upon your selected time zone. All sessions will take place on Zoom or Facebook Messenger and therefore it is important to acquaint yourself with this application if you are unfamiliar.

You are welcome to record your session. It is considered for personal use only.

If you are late for the session Marcus will do his best to honor your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to his schedule.

If you feel the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to know this within the first 10-15mins of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time Metaphysical Marc Ministries, LLC. cannot offer a refund at a later time.

Metaphysical Marc Ministries, LLC. follows a strict cancellations policy.

For sessions canceled 72 hours in advance of the session a full refund will be given. For cancellations, within 48 hours an alternative time will be offered and for cancellations within 24hours, a partial refund will be offered. However, as a service dedicated to growth, we will take each situation into account.
